Culture of MCF7 human breast cancer cells in the M2 device using the ONIX microincubation system. Time lapse initiated after 24 hours of culture on the microscope. Cells exposed to flow of DMEM at 4psi, at 37C and 5% CO2, using a 40X objective lens.
