M04S Product Sheet
Immunostaining Cells in the M04 Plate; software protocol

Description:

The M04S is designed for high quality live cell imaging experiments with solution exchange. Six inlet channels per chamber allow multiple solution exchanges for over 3+ days. The highly laminar flow ensures rapid and uniform solution turnover on the order of seconds. (See Product Sheet for more detail.)

M04S Chamber

Continuous perfusion of culture medium to the cells ensures a suitable growth environment for long term experiments. Typical experiments run for 4-72 hours on the microscope stage, enabling single cell tracking during exposure, washout, and switching. Cells are easily loaded via pipet, and can be cultured for many days prior to experiment using a gravity driven flow in any incubator.
