M04O Product Sheet

The M04O is designed for high quality live cell imaging experiments with solution exchange. The design is similar to the M04S, but with an open top to allow direct cell dispensing. Six inlet channels per chamber allow multiple solution exchanges for over 24 hours. (See Product Sheet for more detail.)

Continuous perfusion of culture medium to the cells ensures a suitable growth environment for long term experiments. Typical experiments run for 4-48 hours on the microscope stage, enabling single cell tracking during exposure, washout, and switching. Cells are easily loaded via pipet, and can be cultured for many days prior to experiment using a gravity driven flow in any incubator.
