Description:

The M04 plates enable continuous perfusion culture for live cell imaging. Laminar flow provides rapid and uniform solution exchange for maximum cell health. The glass coverslide bottom surface ensures the highest resolution optical images.

Continuous perfusion of culture medium to the cells ensures a suitable growth environment for long term experiments. Typical experiments run for 4-72 hours on the microscope stage, enabling single cell tracking during exposure, washout, and switching. Cells are easily loaded via pipet, and can be cultured for many days prior to experiment using a gravity driven flow in any incubator.
